Made-to-Order Notice
All items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. There is no need to return the damaged item.
